RETURN POLICY: You may return your vivoGS product purchased at the online vivoStore in new (not worn) condition within 14 days by mailing it and a copy of your sales receipt to the following address: Vivo Girls Sports, Inc., ATTN: Store@vivoGS.com, 219 East Blithedale Avenue, Suite 4, Mill Valley, CA. 94941 USA. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are not refunded. Returned items must be sent through a traceable shipping method such as USPS insured parcel post or UPS or Fedex.
REFUND POLICY: We hope that you love the vivoGS product that you ordered and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if not, please let us know. We'll give you a refund for your purchase price (minus the cost of shipping) or send you another size.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once a vivoGS product order has been placed and submitted, it cannot be cancelled.
